Cardio machines are not maintained and months pass before they are serviced. At times seats are extremely unclean. There are 3 (full-size) barbells for the entire gym even though there are 6 stations where they are necessary. Simple mats for doing ab work are very scarce. Cable TV hook-ups for many cardio machines are missing for no apparent reason. When speaking to a customer service representative about double-billing and trying to sort out the confusion I was interrupted repeatedly by an overly defensive woman. All of these things indicate owners and/or managers who are too complacent possibly due to the fact that they are automatically paid membership fees regardless of the quality of their service. I recommend against giving this organization your business until they improve their customer service.
