Paris Gym www.parisgym.com

Ok - Paris gym is not as top level health club BUT it is a top and amazing gym. I was blown away by the selection of equipment. Lots of free weights too which is a rarity these days.

I arrived with my suitcase as I had to wait to check into my hotel - the staff were amazing and looked after it for and then allowed me to leave it with them whilst I disappeared for an long walk.

It's very clean and they play great music. I'm so impressed with the way the guys run the gym - I think lots of other businesses should watch how they run it.

Shame it's in a railway arch so not a great deal of light in one of the two arches that they have.
