Orange Coast CrossFit

This gym owner claims to offer world class coaching, however there is rarely any "coaching" going on. The programming of WODs is not done with careful attention to clients needs and goals and often leads members to injury. The owner of this gym is arrogant, unprofessional and generally uninterested in the success of his clients unless they are fit enough for the CrossFit Games. I believe in CrossFit and that a CrossFit gym can and should command a higher price than the traditional Globo Gym, however Orange Coast CrossFit with it's lack of coaching and unprofessional environment should not be charging it's clients $200/month. I am not opposed to paying a higher price for world class fitness, in fact I currently am paying $250/month, as long as world class fitness is being delivered. I encourage everyone to think twice before joining Orange Coast CrossFit, there are an abundance of other CrossFit gyms in the near vicinity that deliver on their promises, have excellent coaching and don't lead their members to injury.
