Greens Health & Fitness, Birmingham

My experience at greens, great park, Birmingham was not pleasant to say the least, when I first joined it was all really welcoming and everyone was also smiles and being nice, after a little while of joining you start to realise that they aren't as pleasant as you initially thought or as helpful, if I needed something or had a request for some information I had to chase them on 2-3 occasions to follow up (I had a membership through work so needed proof of payment every 6 months) I kept getting told my messages where not passed on and that they would ensure that it will be this time!

There customer service is the worst I have encountered to say the least, especially on the main desk, the staff on there are clueless and barely have left school so have no idea how to communicate on a long term basis.

The only positive is their facilities are pretty good, run by a new more experienced team that know how to treat people, the place could be great.

Here some info I would have wanted to know before joining, they have clause in their membership which never gets mentioned, which is if you want to finish your membership in the middle of a month, your cancellation period doesn't actually start until the month after.

I even wrote to the complaints department and got no response. They do care once your a member and tied into a contract.

Anyone thinking of joining be warned, I wish I had read reviews before joining it would have saved me a chunk of money, as they aren't the most competitive in prices either.
