Energie Fitness for Women, Blackburn

Totally different to any other fitness centre I have been to and felt the results from half an hour in there, great help from the staff and lovely inside. I really enjoy the workout in there and can see the results already, the machines are really forward with technology and felt the different a lot more with out the strain after trying here. Brilliant investment and the gym also offers a members outing often such as theatre trips, it is great fun. Would definately recommend-great for anyone!! It has been worth every penny for me:)

Exercise in a totally relaxed environment with friendly, helpful staff on hand offering friendly advice and support.

When I joined I lacked confidence, but thanks to the friendly and commited team at Energie I was able to reach my fitness goals and my self confidence has increased 10 fold.

At last a fitness centre just for women that's worth shouting aboutin Blackburn. The best investment I have ever made, only 2 months in looking good and feeling good.

Dislikes:

None really Energie Fitness could do with extending their opening hours.
