This Is A Great Neighborhood Gym For Beach Locals
This is a great neighborhood gym for beach locals or visitors. The people are friendly and very involved in the community. It has a wide range of equipment and classes for all fitness levels and age ranges. Those new to fitness will like the personal attention. The facility serves serious competitive athletes well too (including some local professional sports players). They just added the Silver Sneakers program which is nationwide fitness program for seniors. Whatever your age or ability, this is a good all around gym.
