This website seems to be competent and high quality, however, the 'I cannot be bothered' attitude - both reflected in the very poor communication as well as, more directly, by the person in the call centre who clearly did not care in the least, (nor did he apologize), makes this shop a clearly demarcated no-go area for me in the future.

Don't buy one total waste of money!
Complete waste of money, forever spending out on mine. recently spent £200 on service as most components needed replacing, and it was only 10 months old.
Now 12 months old and bottom bracket needs replacing.
Bike shop told me to avoid puddles and debris! I'll use the car then shall I?? Well it's cheaper to run!
