Why are they now flavourless, even if you only half fill the cup there's no flavour and they're like p1ss water. Stop ripping people off, we're all fed up of it. Cheaper own brands now taste better. P1ss poor flavour, p1ss poor quality.

I have bought Batchelors cup a soup for years, and enjoyed it ,but the box I bought last week CHICKEN AND LEEK is really poor quality, it's watery, tasteless and has what I can only describe as pieces of dried grass floating on top...I guess that's the leeks,I don't know if it's a different recipe or they're just scrimping on ingredients but I won't be buying any of their products again...it was horrible

I have always loved the chicken and leek cup a soup but just opened a new sachets and it absolutely stinks of fried onions and tastes horrendous. The whole box has gone in the bin. Yuk ????????

I used to buy and enjoy Ainsley Harriets version. However flavour was changed and I started using the Batchelors version. Really enjoyed it and having one now while I write.

Don't waste your money. Very watery, tasteless, I minute piece of chicken, bought as a snack. I won't purchase this product ever again. Gave it 1 star because it was terrible

i ve found now all batchers cup a soups are rubbish tastes watered down and no flavoured i used to like them but ,i wont buy any more flavours are so weak and well i ll look for a new brand ,and its not that ive added any more water ,rubbish

Mushroom Cup A Soup
Been buying this for years - one of my favourites but the latest batch is disgusting. It tastes oily & artificial. What on earth have they done to it. I recently stocked up & bought 9 boxes. So annoyed !! Will not be buying it again.
Issue resolved very well with Batchelors & Tesco. Sachets from a different batch are up to the usual standards ‘
I have to say I contacted Batchelors & they dealt with the problem very well. They’ve since contacted me to say after investigation that there was a problem with one ingredient from that particular batch & sent me a voucher for the inconvenience. . I also returned the 4 other boxes with the same batch number to Tesco who refunded them without hesitation.
I’ve since tried another soup from a different batch & it was perfect.
Hi, I have just had the same problem. As soon as I opened the packet I could smell something chemically. Tasted it and it was awful. Opened another 2 boxes and they're all the same. Will be sending an email to Batchelors.

Why is it the new flavour Batchelors Cup A Soup Med Veg & Bean and the favourite new one of mine the Med Tomatoe and Roasted Pepper you can not find anywhere In a supermarket? Asda was the only place found but now sadly not in there.
Why do they call them NEW and then nobody has them? They are the best ever tasted.
