Great company to work with from start to finish, no longer than 10 minutes after entering my interest form online, I had been contacted by an agent and had organised a no obligation consultation. the consult arrived promptly as planned and gave a no nonsense and honest appraisal of our property and what having solar could potentially save us. He gave us confidence in our purchase and myself and my wife were happy to go ahead. Installation was quick and easy and once again happened exactly when planned. They arrived in the morning and by dinner time our solar panels were already catching rays and powering up our home. We're so pleased with our solar system and glad that we went with Project Solar UK to do it. Right from the start, Project Solar's representatives were helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly, did what they said they would do at every stage. Taking us through all the options (of which there were many) and helping us to specify our system was a really positive experience. We ended up spec'ing a 4.1kW solar setup (the nice looking black panels too!) with 8kWh battery and this has worked brilliantly for our home. Our electricity bills have been tiny since installation, with the largest element being the standing charge (through the summer at least). It's a big investment, but a worthwhile one (in our opinion), given the cost of energy these days. we contacted project solar after a referral from a friend. our needs were different.. the assessor came and discussed our particular requirements, we wanted free electric, plus heating for a small swimming pool and also to feed excess power back to grid to earn some money from them.. it was decided we needed 12 solar panels, plus battery storage to fulfil our needs.All was ordered and dates were set for installation and team booked, they arranged scaffold tower access for roof, this came the morning before work started what a great team, professional, knowledgeable and tidy too. !! they wernt able to do the roof installation on the booked day, but this was due to adverse weather conditions, so they completed all the indoor installation of batteries in loft etc, and promised to return asap to complete panels on roof. they tidied and cleared away all the packaging etc didnt leave any mess at all, they returned a couple of days later and completed.. they then installed the necessary app to my phone and spent as much time as i needed to teach me all about it. not minding me having to ask more than once for explantion of some of the tech terms.. all paperwork was completed and handed to us. the customer services team are also great as there is aa couple of documents that have to be issued after installation, depending on the electricity provider involved, they sorted all this. all i can say is great products, professional service and really nice engineers. Project Solar was the easiest company I have worked with on my house. They kept us informed every step of the way from first inquiry to completing the work. Every step was explained and we were told what to expect. The contractors were courteous and explained their work and how the system worked. I could not be more satisfied.

We are so pleased with every aspect of this company. There was no "hard sell" from their rep, just great information, including facts and figures. It was never implied that the system was going to make us money, or totally cover our electricity bill. But hopefully over the next few years, we will start to see savings. Got a quote, he was very knowleageable and helped me to choose a suitable system for my house. The installation itself went ahead very promptly (I booked it on the Tuesday and the panels were installed by the Friday evening. The installation team were very professional and explained everything to me in a clear and concise way.

We did do a lot of research before deciding on Project Solar UK. The guy who came to us to explain solar energy wasn't pushy at all, he explained everything really well and in a way we understood. He went through everything, he gave us a price but didn't push us to make the decision there and then. He gave us time to discuss it between ourselves and then when we decided we would go ahead, we rang him and he returned to sort out paperwork, bookings etc. It was easy to book a convenient day and the guys who came to fit the panels/battery arrived on time. They fitted the system in a day and they were very clean workers, tidied up behind themselves. When it was all up and running, they explained everything and left us with a users guide to read along with contact numbers. We can't sing their praises high enough. Our whole experience with Project Solar UK has been a ten star experience.

Very quick efficient service. Special mention to the electricians who managed to conceal almost all the cabling so I didn't have a black line down the front of my white house! Panels working well although not producing much excess due to lack of daylight at this time of year, hopefully this will improve in Summer months. Customer service very helpful and kept in contact throughout the various procedures. Time will tell whether the expected returns, which seem quite optimistic, are made but it's good to be producing my own electricity and I'm happy with the installation at present.

Sales experience was generally good although the initially proposed contract was full of information/predictions of performance better suited to a sales brochure than a contract. This meant it involved a great deal of time trying to find the relevant contractual clauses. The contract was inflexible in terms of asking me to sign a clause with a figure that was inaccurate. In the end I had to sign or the project would not proceed! Scaffolding arrived early but un-announced. Otherwise communications were excellent. The team on the day were on site early, were polite and pleasant and got on with the job very efficiently. Everything was completed by lunchtime including commissioning, installation and explanation of the monitoring app and the paperwork. After 24 hours the system seems to be working as expected and I've had a couple of questions answered promptly by Project Solar.

The initial assessment and installation were done quickly. So far our overall energy bill have been halved.

From the moment the surveyor arrived, the information given was excellent and clearly communicated. I was not pressured to make a purchase but was allowed time to consider the matter before signing up for an installation. This was booked for only a couple of weeks afterwards and the scaffolding arrived a day or two before and was promptly removed afterwards. The installation took one day and both fitters were polite and tidy and communicated clearly. I was given basic instructions and shown the app and how everything worked. Constantly throughout the process I was contacted by the Project Solar team, both before, during, and after the installation. Any queries I had were answered and always by friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend them.

I had been thinking of having solar panels installed on my roof, but kept putting it off as I though it would be too much hassle. I finally decided to get it done and was very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. The salesman gave me all the information I required without being pushy, I agreed a date with him for the installation, scaffolding was erected 6 days later, and the following week the panels were installed and working. Total time was 2 weeks from quote to completion with the installation taking only half a day. The crew that installed the panels were very polite and professional as were the office staff who kept me informed. Thanks again great job.
