They will not pay for scaffolding. They demanded £1000 upfront. They don't answer calls, emails. Very unhelful and unfriendly. Threatening me with court action after I was forced to employ a company at my own cost to temporarily remove the panels.
Please avoide these people. Please see the dedicated facebook sites now looking to redress the balance.
