I came across Wishbomb.com a while ago, as I needed to find somekind of support system to help me keep fit and lose a bit of weight for my big brothers upcoming wedding weekend.

I'm fairly disciplined person, but like anyone else, need a little help here and there. I went onto to the site and you can actually set a timeline on your specific goal (mine was losing weight) and you can see the clock counting down how many days, hours, minutes and even seconds you have to achieve your desired target. This is great, as it kind of puts pressure on you (in a good way!) to really work hard (and work every minute!) to reach your goal.

I also liked the fact that on the website you can friend with similar people who are trying to achieve the same thing and they can act as your support group. You will also be suggested by books, articles, videos and products to help you achieve your goal. Awesome!

It's like a support community site really, built around your targets and goals. You can customise your profile too.
