Last Sunday I made 2 orders with this company. And I also paid them immediately. Yesterday I received an email with subject "Your order has been cancelled". No explanation only what was cancelled and a refund. Completely rude to cancel a paid order without any explanation. Nothing at all. Yes, you can contact them, is the note on the bottom of the email. This is not how it works. You cancel a paid order. You should inform the customer. Needles to say, that I immediately unsubscribed from your emails.
