Bruv's review of Eastenders

“an insult to real Eastenders”

Written on: 06/04/2021 by Bruv (2 reviews written)

I don,t believe the script writers have ever been to the Eastend of London. The real Eastenders, the Cockneys, had a great sense of humour and a real community spirit, were street wise, worldly wise, good people.Iknow things have changed over the years and the original people have been replaced by a more diverse population but the way cockneys are portrayed,as shouty, loud, whining, winging, law breaking losers and con-men is an insult and gives the wrong impression to others who don,t know different. The script writers should get their act together, they can start with an apology, then pick their cards up!
