Worst customer service ever!
I bought a pair of trainers online and needed to exchange them. So I returned it via their Hermes service. It took 2 weeks for it to be delivered back to Kurt Geiger. When it was finally received I then got an email saying it will take another 7-10 days to process!
Having called their customer services, emailed them and highlighted my concerns, they are clueless and couldn't care less about your return and just quote policy.
I am still waiting for my replacement and have no idea when I will get it.
Would not recommend buying anything from Kurt Geiger because if you have a problem, they won't solve it quickly. Very poor service.
