After nearly being scammed a few times when trying to buy a quite expensive concrete garage nucrete made it so easy.

The lady responsible for customer relations made it very easy with plenty of email updates about what to do next etc. Very easy to follow online instructions for ordering etc and even had contacts for asbestos removal too.

VERY reasonable prices.!!!

The lads that delivered and erected the garage were very very quick and polite. Up with 2 hours.

No complaints atall.

Bought a new garage of Nucrete 2 months ago. That was the easy bit.

Now its been put up its a mess not sealed properly down the middle NO nuts and bolts in the middle all the way round.

And not sealed on the outside. Pictures to prove if anyone wants to see.leave message i will send over

Had a company around to have a look and even they said its not right.

Advice to you is stay well clear of this company.

Will cost me another £600 to put right.

Exceptional quality garage and service from the online office and factory. Very professional and knowledgeable. Had tried to purchase from another company and could not even get a reply. I would recommend Nucrete at a heartbeat and anybody considering a garage should contact them. You will not be disappointed. Full stars i give it and so far 2 of my neighbours have also had new garages from Nucrete.

Bought a garage 5 years ago from Nucrete - only one word to say disastrous - so much so that I got £1,000 off the bill for the poor installation. 2 years on a locking bolt came loose - due to not being tightened properly- causing the double garage door to collapse on to my car roof - it is for the grace of god that none of my children were standing in the garage at the time or they would have been either killed or brain damaged. Nucrete wanted me to make a claim through their insurance company however it would have been difficult to prove negligence on the part of the installers. The stop bar has never been installed on the garage door frame causing one of the wheels to bend the metal bar almost causing the door to come down again off the runners. So Nucrete if you read this feedback please send me the stop bar for my garage door which should have been installed in the first instance ( I remember seeing the stop bar on the back of the lorry as they drove away- wondering what it was for ) - I know now. Disgraceful all round and would not recommend anyone to buy a garage from Nucrete unless they want real problems due to dangerous construction.
