We have had the garage a little over 3 years now and ever since day one we’ve had problems with it . Large crack along the floor Hanson’s sresponce? Not our problem, it’s the sub contractor you need to see, they said. Now I can’t open the door to get my mobility scooter out! Thanks a lot Hanson. Not happy

I would not recommend this company !! Our garage came on 15th July and was erected by two workmen who got on with the job and left all ok as we thought !! An hour later my husband went to the top of the garden and noticed a large crack on the ridge tile , we couldn't understand why it had been left like that and contacted the customer service team,,only to be told to send photo evidence of the fault ,, no apology ,, my husband had to climb on a wall to get a decent picture of the fault and I emailed it ,, we then had an email saying they had viewed the fault and would replace in due course !! No apology !! We then had a phone call saying we would get the job finished today after 2 pm ,, so we came back at 1230 making sure we were in and to move the cars etc ,, late afternoon my husband noticed the ridge tile had been replaced already but no one informed us there again just downright rude ,, we didn't expect service like this ,, I have filled in a review form back to the company but as you would gather no contact ,,, so it leaves me to believe ,,, very happy to take your money but I would recommend only paying so much until you see the finished product !!! Believe me it will save all the stress ,, thank goodness to be rid of them !!

We recently bought a Duchess Garage with a terracotta box profile plastic coated roof and it was installed a few weeks ago. We found all aspects of the purchase very satisfactory and the local agent very helpful both at the planning stage and in deciding which firm to use for the concrete base laying. The actual delivery and construction of the garage was very professionally managed by a team of two who arrived at the date and time arranged after a very lengthy journey. They seemed to know exactly what they were doing and just got on with the job without fuss or unnecessary drama and made light of the fact that the space for the garage was restricted and hard against a fence on two sides and under a rather persistent fir hedge at the back that could easily have been the source of complaint. After completion of the installation I was given some advice regarding the maintenance of the garage door, the need for care with regard to where to hang tools etc. and the various treatments available for coverage of the concrete base.

Right from the first day I ordered I felt I had made the right choice. Lots of help from the start, as I had placed order quite early on before I would be ready I must have spoken lots to sales about adding extras on to garage, as this was a investment for me I wanted to get it right. The garage was installed last week, the chaps that came arrived at 7.20 am and carried out the installation in a very professional way and left the area very tidy at the end. I kept plenty of coffee, bacon sandwichs, cheese and ham toasties coming to show my appreciation. Many thanks

From the first phone call there was excellent service from the agent. Arranging for delivery was straightforward, written information was prompt re the delivery. Useful nformation was sent about the siting of the garage. Delivery date was joint arrangement and easy to organise. Very helpful and professional installers on the day who were erected the garage very quickly and efficiently. The only thing that I didn't like was the eaves in my opinion weren't cut right and left overhanging a lot so we had to do them ourselves. Apart from this 10/10 for price and quality.

Needed to replace a roof on my old garage, costs quoted it was cheaper to buy new. Hanson’s were very competitive I bought concrete standard (concrete panels were seconds). The team that fitted the garage were excellent and very helpful/friendly. When up cosmetically there were some damage (not enough to worry about) however the panels were seconds. Yes I am happy with my purchase.

this company were amazing from start to finish the sales men were spot on and answered all our questions, they have really good contractors who did the ground work for us and hanson garage did an amazing job erecting our garage we would definitely recommend this company to friends and family and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

We purchased a 12/8 concrete shed through Megger Sheds of Ruddllan North Wales . They sent out a team to lay the concrete base and ten days later the shed arrived, with what l can only discribe as the best three workmen l have had the pleasure of watching work.they unloaded the forklift truck off the back of the lorry and got cracking. When it was finished they took us on a tour to check it out.What a fantastic job they had done,then they put all there tools away and cleaned up, like no one had been there.

The service provided was excellent, starting with the pleasant and polite office staff’s telephone calls keeping us up to date with delivery dates etc., to the actual building of the garage . The lorry turned up on time and the garage went up in no time at all. They left everywhere clean and tidy. We are very satisfied with all aspects of Hanson’s service.

Excellent service from the first point of contact from Hanson Garages. Informative, friendly and helpful. They arrived exactly when they said they would, the guys were very helpful and went the extra mile to provide great service. One of the clips for the guttering was missing however they were back within a couple of days to finish the job.
