I approached Rocketfish over 6 months ago after trying a few previous SEO companies without too much success. Rocketfish got most of my keywords on the first page but do advise the process usually takes more time till I can see the visitors improving which is the overall aim. They don't use too much complicated jargon and I receive regular calls and updates through their Project Tracking system which I can easily use to check any progress etc.
