I just wanted to say a massive thanks to the team at Firstfound for building me a brand new website. It looks so professional and is a real asset for my business. The entire team have been so helpful and have guided me through the process. I'm not great with technology but they took this in there stride and have been so patient with me. Big thanks to the person I dealt with for taking the time to explain things to be and help me get a beautiful new website.

When I signed up for there service I was a little bit unsure how SEO would help my business but I am so glad that I took the plunge. The team are all incredibly helpful and my account manager takes the time to make sure I understand how to make the most of the service. So far I have got some decent results and definatly seen an improvement in local enquiries which is amazing. Keep up the good work and I hope that my results continue to improve.

I was slightly nervous about handing over the keys to my website but after just 6 weeks I am now seeing a real difference in my visibility. My rankings have improved for a number of phrases and I have even started to see my business on the first page of local results. Delighted so far and just wanted to say thanks to the team for their work.

It's almost been a year with them now and I've had 0 sales and my rankings aren't even high at all. I've been through 3 account managers now and when I requested to cancel, "I have to speak with the account manager" to cancel. Won't be getting a penny more from me, first and last time I ever try a service like this. I don't even know what they do apart from basics which I'm sure I could've done if I learnt it, I was promised good results after 3 months but I've given it more than that and beyond disappointed wasting over a £1000.

All they managed to do was to give my website a penalty and now we have vanished off the face of Google. Just after about 4/5 months with this so called seo company we found that we vanished on Google later to fin it was because we got a penalty. Even after 6 months later and a huge amount of cost we are still not back.

Wish I had not chosen this company for my small business. They approached me through my bark.com SEO enquiry. Their member Daljeet promised me results within 8-12 weeks. I have spent over thousand pounds and within 10 months of using this service I only saw 3-4 sales on my website. That too through my own contact. They ask you to use their social media and blogging service to see more results. I wouldn't recommend it to any small business unless you are willing to waste your money and time. At the end they hand over you a huge invoice for God knows what if you are willing to end their services. A BIG NO!

Having been stung by SEO companies promising the earth in the past but never delivering we have been pleasantly surprised with First Found especially for the price. From the outset the salesperson was honest and told us that it would take time to get results and just over 6 months later we are really starting to see the benefits.

I just want to say a big thanks to the two people I dealt with  who looked after me during the creation of my new website. All my feedback was acted on quickly and the new website is now my pride and joy, I love showing it off. Thanks.

I wish I had done more research about the company First found. Two days after agreeing to the services and making the first payment I received a call from the person I dealt with moving forward. After a long discussion about the services and our business needs I give him access to the shop back office, Google search console, and analytics so we could get on with it promptly as agreed. 12 days later I found out my SEO specialist was on vacation for more than a week at the very start of the collaboration. Only because after complaining by email I received a call by someone else 3 days later telling me all would be done during that second week. But the next day he called me and explained he was away on vacations for over a week and could only start the following week. I lost patience and if my first payment is not refunded promptly I will take this to small claim court. An absolute disgrace to the SEO industry. My advise is to run away as far as you can form First found Digital.

I'd just like to say a big thanks to the the team at First Found. I turned to SEO as had been finding it hard to get new business. A freind recommended First Found and I am so glad they did. I am now starting to get calls from genuine businesses looking to use my services and not just people offering me marketing. Thanks for all the help in getting my business found.
