I bough the Golden Organic Christmas Pudding from Seriously Good Food Ltd. It is a fantastic pudding from the chef Phil Vickery, and it stands head and shoulders above the lead lumps I used to eat. Light and juicy, with toasted pine nuts and Somerset cider, it has a fresh crisp taste that is a joy to eat, and it won't clog your taste buds or tummy for hours after.
