I would highly recommend this company. He was incredibly helpful, offered support to me through out the process. Always available to speak to, provided very good advice. Definitely would invest in him again if I had to.

Initially very helpful, and very similar to the other review in that promised that every case is different, when in fact you have little chance of winning an appeal in relation to infant class size. Fundamentally we did not receive what we had paid for, and the best help was in fact the free online guide to appeal. Save £495 and use this if you are going to navigate the appeal process. Responses to queries where prompt though not always answering specific questions asked. A review of our appeal statement that we had drafted was completed with feedback given. But when the time came for the one hour conversation about the appeal this never happened and we had no further contact, we later found out after complaining that the most important email we sent was apparently never received, though every other email was, and was replied to. Even after appeals finished which were unsuccessful still nothing. When asked why we had not received our one hour phone consultation it was stated that time spent on the phone prior to agreeing to pay for school select services where included as part of the 'one hour consultation' time - though this was simply an introductory conversation and essentially a sales pitch. We do not blame school select for losing the appeal, as on reflection it was probably never a winnable case, but we do stand by our belief that we have not received £495 worth of support. We did not have a one hour phone consultation, which is clearly stated as included, and this cannot be offset by a couple of timely email responses. School select expertise in reviewing the school appeal statement was critical but unfortunately we did not receive this either. Overall save your money.

This is absolute rubbish and useless appeal service. Purely money making process to make fool the desperate parents whose child is not selected in their desired school. We gave him £2k for Kendrick school grammer appeal and clearly mentioned that no appeal was succeeded in past but he assured every case is different. Good chances for your appeal case when once made the full payment before appeal then he gesture shows us very rare chances to win the appeal as every parent has same stories. Better to go yourself rather than using someone as they are making money during 2-3 months and enjoy the full year.
