Was having problems with old Tomtom sat nav (ruined by myself) and bought a new one. Completely in the dark as to how to transfer stuff over and was dreading ringing support as I'd read some pretty awful reviews. However, my experience was simply outstanding. I spoke to two people about two separate problems I was having and both advisors knew their stuff and resolved issues immediately. I ended up emailing one of them over night as i'd again done something stupid and I received a reply with instructions to follow the next morning.
