After one month of using this TomTom, it accidentally fell about 50cm from the dashboard compartment of my car to the floor and now it has a large crack in the screen. The touch-screen no longer works and I cannot get it repaired for free as it is not in warranty. The cost of repairs is roughly the same cost as the TomTom itself. Needless to say, this was a huge waste of money and I will no longer be buying any TomToms in the future. I am now just using the free Heremaps app on my mobile phone which can be used both on and offline. Aside from being a little slow to reroute if you go the wrong way, it does the job. If I need something better I just use Google Maps. In hindsight, I wouldn't have bought this and would have given my phone a chance.
