buyer be aware. I bought this unit in Mach with one year factory warranty direct from factory. In May it went bad. The micro sd card with maps and software went bads. only thing works is radio. contacted numerous time for issues and giving me run around. No help from manufacturer guy name Teddy. Today is 7/29/2013 and still not fixed. Never do business with them.

there's not much wrong with these units, the Manuel that comes with it is pretty basic, but what you must not do under any circumstances is buy from INCARTRONICS.CO.UK the after sales is non awful if you have a problem with the product it does not matter how many times you email they will not answer take it from me go elsewhere.

I bought an eonon D5116Z for 273USD straight from eonon website. Very fast shipping in well packed box.Very easy set up.Saw a few videos online.You can get sygic pre-loaded map for 30USD extra on micro SD card. I downloaded igo primo and function well.Sound is a great plus many different options to personalize the idea to your liking.For example, loudness option,treble and bass controls.Every little thing concerning this system is wonderful. Navi,streaming bluetooth coming from iphone,dvd player,back up camera. The only issue I have now is the radio .seems not to memorize the station.In addition to that for the money you can't beat it.Had it approximately half a year, simply no problems.
