We hired a satnav to use on our trip to South Africa. This ancient satnav was broken and could not be fixed to the windscreen. More importantly it was faulty and kept reverting to the first address programmed. The history could not be deleted, and it proved utterly useless. We emailed a couple of days into our holiday to report this and were promised a full refund, which of course never arrived, and the company are not responding to our emails.
