Rudergerat Rowing Machine

I bought a Rudergerat Rowing Machine from Techtake Ltd, London in Feb 2021, costing £654.

The product developed three serious faults after purchase.

Two faulty components were replaced.

Unfortunately, the most recent fault fell outside the product's warranty period, so Techtake staff refused to replace the faulty component.

I'd expect the machine costing £654 to last longer than 18 months, so I conclude the product is inferior and can't be recommended.

Neither can I recommend the supplier owing to their poor customer service.
