Bought a Tier 1 - 100% refurb laptop 25 Jan 2015 from Misco. Received 2 days later. Wifi didn't work Lid didn't engage in the catch Bottom plate fell off I returned it for a REFUND (they had no similar replacement) They sent it back to me a week later!! Had to be the same one as they had no similar when I called them to return it. I complained to customer service again. They said send it back again for a refund (it's obviously in the script). “If you want your order fulfilled, go somewhere else!”

Placed an order, received an email confirming the order, much later received another email saying my items were out of stock, checked and the item was still in stock and being sold on website, contacted Misco and was told that a manager would be in touch. A pain when things go wrong. I refused delivery of an item. Then kept waiting considerable time for a refund. No way of contacting someone in UK, call centre is in Hungary. I'm a very patient person and am normally really understanding of problems - hey, we're all human! However Misco seem to forget that they are serving their customers, and seem to think their customers should serve them. I spend about 70 minutes trying to complete an order. The first time it was declined due to "Invalid Billing Address". I checked it three times and even asked my partner to check. I wanted to buy a dashboard camera, but after trying Amazon who were quoting a month delay, a search online found Misco. So I placed the order which quoted the delivery date, saying they'd confirm within 24 hours if the item was out of stock. “Cancelled my order!”

I had spent weeks researching technical details for a new printer for my business. I found the perfect model and it was in stock on the MISCO website. The online system showed the order and that it should be delivered in 2-3 working days. Appalling experience, they only put the last half of my address on a valuable delivery. It was only because an intelligent City Link courier remembered my name from a delivery two days before, that it got to me at all. I sincerely regret buying from them and hope what I bought does not break down. I would have instigate a dispute through my credit card provider. I will never buy from them again. I have purchased couple of thin clients from Misco, goods were received in two shipments, second one a week late. No one even bothered to to contact me to explain what happened. I have paid for quick delivery. No invoice has been sent to me. I have kindly requested the missing invoice but I haven't had any response at all, despite my several emails. Still no item by Tuesday of the next week, my emails to customer service were ignored and it took an hour on hold to get through on the phone, only for these idiots to make getting a refund as difficult as possible. “Distance Selling Regulations”

I had a terrible time with this company, they clearly don't understand or refuse to abide by the distance selling regulations as they wouldn't allow me to return an item unless it was checked for a fault by the manufacturer. “Selling item they don't have in stock”

We were with Misco for 4 years. Over that time, we reduced our business with them to minimum due to the same issue - items in stock were not in stock and you will find out about it when you expect delivery. Also, when you pay for the next day delivery, some items may turn up where other ones, a day or two later. This can destroy any business especially, when you make an arrangement with your clients to deliver and install ordered equipment on that particular day. I buy a lot of equipment for various companies and have found Misco.co.uk to be probably my most consistent supplier in terms of value and customer service. I spend about £15k per year with them, especially on monitors and licensing as they are just about the cheapest supplier in the UK. I alway use the 3 day delivery option, which always arrives next business day, and I can also phone up and ask advise on compatible products before I order. Yes Misco, a company on-line as Misco.co.uk which we were entirely happy with initially, we later discover have a no returns policy full stop. We brought an LG screen from Misco which had lower than expected pixel quality, not a fault of the screen, simply we ordered the wrong screen for the job. “Refund for 'lost' product”

I ordered a bamboo stylus from this company through my PayPal account. When it didn't arrive I called City Link as their tracking site indicated the package had arrive at their depot. Citylink informed me that the package was delivered 'empty" and that I should contact Misco. On contacting Misco they told me that Citylink had misplaced my order and that I should order again.
