I purchased this flower arrangement for friends as a thank you for hosting Christmas lunch. The flowers arrived on Friday 22nd December and half the arrangement was already dead by the 25th!! “Low Quality Flowers not delivered on time”

Funeral flowers ordered well in advance. Date, time, address given. Flowers arrived at undertakers 2.15pm and the service commenced at 2pm. Flowers collected by bereaved the next day. I spent one and a half hours trying to place an order but their website would not take me through to the payment page. I had used Seranata before and contacted their customer services which is online. They totally ignored me until I sent a second e-mail after the one and a half hours. We received the most disgusting bunch of flowers I have ever seen. They were dead and mouldy. After contacting the company I was offered a complimentary bunch of flowers but no refund. I explained that doesn't make them complimentary. I was told I could either have a refund or the complimentary flowers not both. I ordered pink hydrangeas, 10 days in advance, and they tell me it's not available the day before it's due to be delivered. So I agreed to pink orchids (which is a nice pastel pink in the pics), and if these are not available then pink azaleas, or pink tulips. “Roses brown and past their best”

Received a bouquet including 5 cream roses. The roses were brown on the edges and tired. The worst was brown on 7 rows of petals, reaching well towards the centre. I contacted customer services to be told they were guard petals & when they fall off the flowers will be 'as advertised' so they can do nothing. I ordered a £24.95 bouquet for Mothers Day and when they arrived yesterday they were absolutely appalling and nothing like the image shown on their website. There were just 6 flowers stuffed in a box with a load of advertising literature. A massive disappointment. I ordered flowers for a friend who had a close death in the family. I ordered on the 16th for delivery on the 20th. My friend didn't receive the flowers! The funeral is today and serenata are only offering delivery for tomorrow which is unacceptable and won't compensate either. Honestly, If you like/love the person these are going to then spend an extra fiver and use Interflora!
