Great Customer Service
I have booked with interactive resorts twice. Last year we stayed at a fantastic chalet in Meribel where the food and accomodation were excellent. They gave us a wide selection of chalets to choose from and great advice. I would consider booking with interactive resorts again!
Fantastic Customer Service!
I called Interactive resorts to book a chalet for Christmas week. Had quite a specific criteria and also somewhere that would accept our dog. The person I dealt with was jut wonderful in the way she handled the enquiry, it was a fantastic customer service! She came back with some excellent options, around 8 in total and we went ahead and booked. Now looking forward to a week in our huge chalet with a Jacuzzi on the terrace.
Second Time Lucky
This year as I was talking to my husband about booking the next trip and email arrived in my inbox from the person I dealt with - right on time for us to book our next holiday at the end of the year. Louisa has been extremely professional and very patient with all my loads of questions and changes and in the end got the best deal and best location for us for our ski trip. The last holiday we booked with them beginning of 2017 was one of our best yet, everything was seamless and no issues at all. I can highly recommend the person I dealt with and the company for great service and a stress free ski trip.
Excellent Service
Excellent service from the person I dealt with who went above and beyond to find a ski holiday thst suited our party and budget. I was given a selection of chalets and resorts to choose from and the whole booking process was painless and trouble free! Nothing was too much trouble for the person I dealt with and her attention to detail was first class!
Easy Booking Group Skiing
Having been responsible for booking our group ski holidays for many years, I was delighted to find Interactive Resorts recently. From the first contact to securing the booking I always received very prompt and professional treatment. The adviser I dealt with provided chalet choices for our peak season skiing holiday for 14, and was knowledgeable in both her resort and chalet recommendations. The booking process itself was also very smooth, and within a few days all was secured and my group are looking forward for much of the same when we get to our destination.
The Best Holiday Agents I Have Dealt With
I have just booked a ski holiday for 14 of us with interactive resorts and in particular the person I dealt with. The person I dealt with made the whole process very easy and was extremely patient with me when I was trying to get our group to commit! I would highly recommend the company and obviously in particular the person I dealt with, we've not been on our trip yet but so far interactive resorts have been the easiest and friendliest travel agent I have dealt with.

From the first time i spoke to the person I dealt with at interactive resorts the whole booking was made easy and simple, she is very helpful and a pleasure to talk to on the phone, other people i spoke to when i rang in was also very helpful i was sent though lots of chalets with all my requests i have used this company before i have recommended to friends and look forward to using them again.

Get Yoru Wallet Stolen, Or Go With Interactive, The Same
I read many reviews about this 'lot'! Many say, great when you book - (the sale) and great when you arrive (different company in our case). In the middle, however, shocking! Indeed its true.
1st, the miserable people charge you a credit card fee! How else do they make their margin, they are only the middle man! Its not even a token fee like BA for example it 2% of your holiday.
Then they sell you extras! Sorry, let me put that correctly, if you want to buy their extras they will sell them to you for more than you can pay directly! So, here is the deal. Want so Skis? Well buy direct with Intersport in resort with 30% discount. Or buy with Interactive who will tell you they have a shop opening 30 minutes before Intersport, and fleece you for the privilege. The problem.. its the same shop, its not open 30 minutes before and you just feel like someone who has their wallet stolen.
BUY DIRECT WITH SKI TOTAL! Cut our the middle man!!!!!
Five Star So Far
Although I have only gone through the booking process for our group, I am really impressed with the friendly and efficient service. The person who found the holiday for us carried out a lot of research based on our criteria and came up with several options any one of which would have been fine. We made a subsequent change to the original booking and again it was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Review
The adviser from Interactive was very good to deal with - honest, unassuming, to the point and so very pleasant. Good timing in getting back to us with information, respected our need to use email for all comms leading up to the close, worked hard to provide answers to our detailed questions and also worked hard to meet our budget requirements. Only missed a 5 star because, in effect, we haven't had the Holiday yet ;-)
Q&A
We are canadiens trying to book a holiday. We havé already encountered 2 sites that looked real for Verbier but with more questions unanswered. Is interactive ressorts a réal travelling agency? Can we assume that the pictures shown are real? Is the food Cathering good? Any reviews would Help to ease our minds. Thank you in d'avance
