I love Weight Loss Resources and I have been a member on and off for some time now. Although I found it hard to stay focused particularly at this time of year when Christmas is fast approaching and I am eating out a lot of the time, I still managed to lose weight with WLR. I do like the challenges and the exercise section is really good for working out how many calories has been burned off. Weight Loss Resources is a really useful site for slimming AND maintaining once you've lost the weight. The carolie counting tool makes keeping a food diary really quick to do and it calculates how many calories you have left for the day. That takes into account extra calories you earn through exercise. Also, you can average your calories over the week so it's really easy. The best thing about the site though, is the forum. “Lost a stone and a half!”

I had a good run on WLR and lost weight following the 1 pound a week plan. Stuck to it, and I lost a pound a week, so did what it said it would do. I'm now more active and am hoping I can lay off calorie counting for a bit. If it doesn't work out, I will definitely join up again. After months of failing to lose weight I bit the bullet and signed up to WLR. I've been looking at the site for years. It worked really well and I managed to shed 10lb in two months. I loved the way it linked to my fitbit, so I could see the progress on that app as well as the WLR website. I also love the receipt ideas and the way you can add your own. Best help ever received with weight loss. Site is extremely easy to use and calculates calories efficiently. Useful that exercise is allowed for in daily calorie allowance. Many great recipes with calorie counts making it easy to plan. Personally found that weighing daily helped once daily variances are understood. WLR is definitely the best site I have found for planing and managing a healthy eating programme. The only way to lose weight is to reduce daily calorie intake, eat the right foods and reduce portion sizes. I lost 10 kilos using WeightLossResources.co.uk. It was so helpful to access the foods database and count calories. The exercise section encourages you to keep fit as well (and eat a bit more). I found the recipe section very helpful, if a bit cumbersome. I have kept to (nearly) my target weight for two years now. WEIGHT LOSS RESOURCES This web site helped me to lose over 1.5 stones. It provided excellent tools and support. The calorie database is extensive but also allows you to enter new items. There is a recipe database where you can access other members' calorie counted recipes when inspiration fails. You can also make up your own recipes and share (or not). Have been using this for the past few months, found it helpful and informative. Its essential that all food and exercise is recorded. You can select your own diet or one of there plans.
