Certain aspects of my experience were my fault (could've requested an e-mail address change sooner, should have been more cautious signing up with them in the first place) but as a business Commit1 was not helpful in a resolution in my opinion. My service was shut off because bills were overdue because I didn't know about them (unupdated e-mail address). Those bills were unclear in the first place because there was no actual documentation or contract or service agreement fully prepared in the first place (my fault for signing up anyway). When I found out about the bills and paid them, things were good for awhile, but it seemed like the service payment structure was changing (both from when I first found the service to after I'd re-evaluated it and paid what I thought I owed).I hadn't really used the service anyway, so I wanted to cancel. I requested to cancel, but that never went anywhere. My contact kept saying OK, I'll take care of that for you. But first, what could we have done to improve service. In that time other bills were coming around for service I didn't want. Response time was slow from the company, so I canceled my Paypal subscription payments. It was frustrating to not receive helpful communication. Now I've got a bill. I'm absolutely uncertain of my status in their billing system. Frustrating.

I signed up with Commit1.com a few months ago in desperate need of hosting. Very hesitant, yet persuaded, I decide to choose them, after noticing them on a forum site. I was scared because my websites up-time is very important to me. I then go to their site, look at it, read a bit, look around some more, and finally decided that these guys would be my host. Since then, I have never had problems, no downtime, quick support, and friendly staff! Anytime I have problems, I just call them or shout them a holler on AIM (AOL instant messenger) and yes, you can talk to them directly! This is one main reason I like them so much, my problem(s) have been resolved immediately. Surprising huh? Anyway, I could tell these guys have great potential, and I know they will go far. I just want you people to know, and return the favor to Commit1 for supplying me with flawless hosting. I don't feel as if I'm buying from a company, I feel as if I'm related to these guys! which is excellent, dealing with a well established company like them with a good load of clientele in such short time.. I really didn't expect it to be this way! Amazing! Hats off to you Commit1! Highly appreciated!
