Knob Creek Small-batch Bourbon Is My Favorite Sipp
Knob Creek Small-Batch Bourbon is my favorite sipping whiskey, barring none. At 100 proof, it needs to be respected, but is a fine libation at any time of the year. In my opinion, it's too good to adulterate by mixing it with anything. That's what Jim Beam is for. I like it best straight up, neat, "two fingers high" in an old-fashioned glass. Best enjoyed on a winter's night at the fireside. Kick your feet up, put your arm around your lady friend, and enjoy. Cheers.
