If I had any questions, I'd fire over a quick email and they always responded very quickly. I chose the option of dropping off my items personally and within a couple of days, all of my items had been tested and they money was deposited straight into my bank account. Decided to have a clear out of many years of hoarding games and consoles by my self and my Son. Apart from a issue with the bar code scanner l found everything to be fairly straightforward. I don't live far from Where Chillout games are based.So due the large amount of games 4 consoles and other gaming stuff ( a Wii balance board been one) l contacted the admin and asked if l could drop the hoard of myself. And was informed no problem on arrival l was given a cup of tea and a tour which was fascinating seeing the care they take. I was kept informed of where l was in the checking order . And less than a week later was payed and not only that l got more than the online quote due to the fact we have always took car of our disks and consoles. I can not fault Chillout Games

Spotted their ad in PLAY magazine and decided to give them a go. The barcode scanning process worked a treat and speeded up the quote process. Courier (Parcel Force) arrived as expected and got plenty of messages to confirm receipt and update on the valuations. Final valuation was almost identical to that promised in the original quote. And money arrived in PayPal account very quicky. Only downside is that some of the rules about the ratio of games to consoles and accessories can be a little awkward to keep to. And a minority of games worth only a few pence. But I managed to get near enough as makes no difference £400 for old games and consoles that weren't being used and should find new owners - so no gripes at all. Thoroughly recommened.

The condition of the games they sell is always explained fully in each listing, with numerous pictures provided as well. The disc games they sell are worth highlighting, they always look as good as new with no visible scratches. They have a really useful wish list function too, so you can get notified when a particular title comes in stock. I recently sold games to them for the first time. I found this to be an excellent experience. I sold over 100 separate items using their website and arranged a courier collection. It was all quite easy. They provide lots of info on how to grade your items and pack your parcels too. They provide a fully itemised statement of where they make adjustments to your quote, and give reasons for the changes. I found this very fair, and they even increased my quote on some items because I had graded too low or had listed as missing when they weren’t. This was my first time using Chillout games for a trade in of some old gaming products I no longer had any use for. My quote on the whole I thought was fairly reasonable, and they will also take a good variety of gaming products. I was able to arrange a free postage collection in a timely manner and after a couple of working days or so, I received an email personally thanking me for the good condition of my products and the care I had taken to package them.
