I got a sample of this product and I used it. After few hours i noticed around my eyes very itchy so I washed it off. It became worse my eyelids are swollen and stingy and itchy and red at the same time. This morning, half of my eyes is shut! It is very hard to see because of the swollen eyelids! I do not recommend this product! They have to stop producing this product. It is very dangerous!!!!

How's this product still on market? Used All About The Eyes to reduce puffiness but ended up with swollen eyelids and under eyes. A red, very sore, itchy rash appeared four days after using it. Then after two days after I stopped my skin started to peel. I noticed other reviews go back over 10 years. In my opinion this is a very DANGEROUS product and should be taken off the market immediately!

I’m going to stay away from this brand from now on. I have been searching for a good eye cream that delivers on its promises and decided to try Clinique again…All About Eyes. The first 5 days or so was great and then I could not shake this constant watering and itching from my eyes and the stinging burning and red skin around my eyes. It turns out it was the Clinique eye cream! The terrible symptoms stopped after I discontinued use for 3 days and went back to Cerave. This is completely the opposite of what the brand claims to be…hypoallergenic! I don’t think so! Never again and I will be returning the product to Ulta.

Used this cream for 2 days and broke out in a huge red lumpy rash under eyes that took days to heal! Don’t not use this product

Awful, awful, awful. It stings initially and even after removing it has left lasting irritation, itchiness, burning, photosensitivity and pus coming from my eyes. Going to see a doctor tomorrow to hope no permanent damage. What is this doing on the market???!!!

Used this product sparingly for 2 days, before noticing a burning, stinging sensation around my eyes. I immediately stopped using the product, however the stinging and itchiness persisted for several days and resulted in a raised crusty rash forming in the skin around my eyes. Definitely should be taken off the market.

I've honestly never had an allergic reaction to any type of cream or makeup product besides this one. I tried it before I went to bed and saw a noticable difference under my eyes in the morning, so I was satisfied. A few days later I awoke with a rash all over my face that didn't go away for a few other days. I stopped using all my products and slowly added them back into my routine and traced back this product to the cause of my allergic reaction when I broke out the second time. I got this in a sample size and was really disappointed at the results since I've been using their foundation and powders for years.

I got a sample of it, used it once that evening and awoke with swollen and red eyelids the next morning. It took more than 3 weeks to get back to normal skin (had to deal with VERY dry skin that didn't seem to stop coming off, my eye just wouldn't seem "itself", the eyelid almost became kind of inverted because of the dryness!). On the other hand, I'm using Clinique Even Better Foundation and my skin doesn't have any problems with it (even though i must admit that I havn't applied it to my eyelid until now).

Normally, I don't have any reaction or allergy toward makeup or creams. Recently, I got a sample of this cream and decided to test out. I noticed reaction almost immediately. The whites of my eyes turned red. Eyes felt dry, itchy and cloudy. The skin around the eyes was pinching and burning. I did not rub my skin or eyes. I had to wash is down completely and put some eyes on my eyes to cope with irritation. Only toward end of next day my eyes returned to normal. This product does nothing. Don't buy it!

I usually do not write reviews, but this clinique ALL ABOUT EYES did nothing but trouble to my non-sensitive face. My skin is not sensitive but after using this awful product for 1-2 days, it gave me red rash, burning feeling and extremely itchy around my eyes. I had to call my doctor and ask her to prescribe Protpic which worked great, because my friend used the same treatment for the same problem. They claimed it's hypoallergenic, but it is soooo not!!! Had to pay more for a prescription to treat it. Please save your money and don't buy this product! I'm just wondering if we can sue clinique for wrong claims, and there are sooo many who had severe allergic reaction. The customer service agent was lying to me when I asked if this is a pretty common complaint regarding allergic reaction, and she said, there has been no complaints that she know of. I will NEVER ever purchase their facial products anymore. Please someone here can let me know if it is possible to sue clinique???

For your own sake, never ever use the all about eyes moisturizer! I got a sample, used it for a week or so and really liked the texture, all was fine. Not much time had passed when I noticed the skin around my eyes was very dry, flaky and practically peeling off. I thought it was because it's fall and the air is drying -> used more product. (At this point it was also the only product that didn't sting upon applying. No idea why.) Things got progressively worse until my lids (both upper and bottom) were completely red and swollen, the skin felt paper thin, dry like Sahara, and was still flaking off! Finally I realized that it was all because of this little devil, ditched it and applied tons and tons of Ceralan Plus and hydrocortisone for several days. Now my eyes are finally better, but the skin still feels quite thin, and I can see a few wrinkles that didn't use to be there. I really hope that there will be no permanent damage...

First application was in the night, next morning felt fine but after 24 hrs my skin started to be red and itchy and bumps... Though I stopped applying it, it didn't go away it took week and more to return my skin back to normal . Later it became dry and flaky. I don't believe one application gave me this .. As I know my skin is sensitive so I had consulted online with 2 sales representative of Clinique .. And they assured me that it was best . Later after reaction I consulted again and the sales girl wants me to buy another product.. It's so weird

I have been using this product for years now. Its great, no reactions and it has assisted in keeping my eyes wrinkle free .... cant help those laugh lines though! :) I laugh a lot when I am complimented on how good my eyes look for a man of my age! I recommend it to other friends regularly.

At first i started using this product, i didnt have any reaction to it, but it didnt make a difference to my dark circles. Later in the year I got stressed and less sleep, and it showed on my eyes, so i picked up this product to save them. The next morning i had swollen shut eyes. Literally swollen so bad I couldnt open them! Red and puffy, the liquid in my eyes stung TERRIBLY, and there was dried crust on my eyes that hurt. I went to the doctor and they said it was an allergic reaction, but still I mean, it isnt worth the price plus the cost of a trip to the doctors, all in all very bad product and should be banned. Also, the smell is disgusting, and its so hard to stick your finger in the tiny little jar it comes in, especially if you have long nails. i wish i knew that all these people were having these reactions and i shouldve stayed with my trusty L'oreal eye cream.

Caused my eyes to become swollen. It also caused severe dryness and redness. I do not consider myself to be someone with sensitive skin but this cream makes me reconsider. I will no longer be using this product.

I suffer from dark circles under my eyes whenever I have a stressful phase in my life and I can't get enough of sleep. I once got a tester from this cream from a magazine and I noticed its very cooling and softens the skin area around my eyes. I don't use the cream every day (its expensive) so I can not say anything about the consequences of daily use but I like the cooling effect on my eyes when I put the cream on. I would have prefered it to come in a tube instead of this little jar because there always is waisted cream under your nails (if you have them a bit longer). Besides that I have nothing to complain about and I would buy it again.

Clinique will tell you all products are tested for allergic reactions and if one person has a reaction it will be withdrawn.....well there are many bad reviews on this product, i for one bought this it burned my eyes became very dry stinging felt like someone had just thrown acid under my eyes i ended up in A&E after using this my skin has never been the same i now have dark brown patches where it burned me and wrinkles before my time. Do NOT but this

i absolutely agree, this should be banned, my eyes are swollen red and i would say the skin looks and feels burned. i went to John Lewis Liverpool today to ask for a solution and the girl on the clinique counter could not have been more unhelpful, she was on the phone asking somebody if they were going out tonight pretending it was a customer and told me to go and see a pharmacist!
that was at john lewis lIVERPOOL at 6.15pm 3rd May, so i hope clinique is taking note.
