This ship is well past its prime. It is old, dirty, very small rooms. Just walking on the decks (with flip flops) made our feet black. The food quality was sub par. I would not recommend this ship to anyone. Very disappointing. I have traveled the world and this was one of the biggest disappointments for a once in a lifetime trip. Caveat Emptor!!!!!!!!

I felt that I am at my home,All the staff was helpful, the food on board was wonderful (the taste is amazing), the cabins was cleaning 3 times per day, I really happy that I spent my holiday on board this Nile Treasure, the weak point that I faced, that the time run quickly, so 04 nights on board not enough

I spent my holiday on board this cruise, it was christmas time, the service generally was wonderful, the quality and the taste of food were perfect, what I noticed that the furniture was new, I highly recommend this Nile TREASURE. I would like to come again and use Nile Treasure. Bad point, the time between Aswan & Luxor passed quickly

Now, this cruise the Nile Treasure is totally renovated, the quality of food was wonderful, good degree of hygiene, the staff are amazing. The cabins size is not large and there is some cabins in ground floor. Totally, I was happy that I was on board this nile cruise, I recommend who want safe trip with cheaper price to go there.

Lots of hassle on the streets at Luxor, less so in Aswan. Generally, the people are very pleasant and helpful.

If the cost of the holiday hadn't been so high because of the UK school holidays this would have been a very good value for money holiday. I would recommend going out of the peak times.

We went at Easter time so it was expensive. However out of school holidays the Nile Treasure cruise would have been very good value.

It was our honeymoon, and we were given the lower deck and single beds on the Nile Treasure Egypt cruise, and we all we could smell was diesel and hear the sound of the engines. It was not well decorated, even as a refurbished ship. We asked to move to another boat, and we were given an upper deck cabin. They have no idea how to treat honeymoon couples. This is my third attempt to post anything about the Nile Treasure. One would have thought that the Middle East, being 2 years ahead of the rest of Europe in ICT, that you would be able to find a web site with reviews regarding the Nile Treasure. Put me in charge. I could make this cruise a fortune by looking after UK patrons.

The Cruise Egypt Nile Treasure ship was tired even though it is stated to have been recently refurbished. I stopped eating on the boat after a couple of days when I founds insects under the cheese and ham the plate covered. The food was warm not hot and poor. The staff were friendly and the tour guides first class.

I would rate The Nile Treasure 3 star if it was based in the UK, but all the staff and crew were excellent

We found the Nile Treasure very comfortable and as we expected. It was not a very big boat (The same size as all the other boats on the Nile)only 150 guests but this made it more easy to make friends, by the end of the week we virtually knew everyone.
The food was excellent and plenty of it, and the variety was good.
I would recommend this to anyone wanting to sample Egypt.

We booked a last minute cruise through Cruise Control. I was led to believe we were on the 5* boat, but when we arrived they had put us on the 4* Nile Treasure. This boat is small and quite tatty. The cabins are tiny and falling apart, although the boat is said to have been refurbished.
The food is self service, with long queues, and if you don't get there on time the food is gone. The menu is basically the same every night, just minor differences to make it look different. The coffee is Nescafe sachets and a jug of hot water.
If you don't go on the excursion and rise late, there is no breakfast.
I would not book with Cruise control, or go on this holiday again, as it is very poor in my opinion.

My family went on the Nile Treasure in August, it was my first time abroad and my first cruise. We loved it and had no complaints what so ever, and in fact I emailed Cruise control to say what a wonderful time we had, and they printed it in their magazine "View from the bridge".
The food was excellent and there was plenty of it, and so what that you had to queue up, no one minded and there was enough that everyone could have had 3 plates of every course.
We had a wonderful guide, excursions galore, the staff were so friendly and we did not want to leave. We made numerous friends who we intend to keep in touch with, and we would go back tomorrow if we had the money.
What an experience to savour; a unbeliveable holiday, and I only wish I was there now.
