Despite numerous attempts to contact the by phone and email, even including one phone call where I spoke to someone (Martin, who seems to be the proprietor) who promised to call me back in an hour, I have not been able to find out why my order, placed over a week ago has not be delivered. My credit card has been accessed, but it is not clear yet whether any money has been taken by the company.

It's second time I use them and I am very happy - fast delivery, low price, good product. Thank you!

Inktec Shop claim to sell Premium G&G ink, however, do not; it's a cheaper generic ink, which, can be brought for half the price from other web sites. They have sent me the incorrect ink on 3 different occasions and incomplete orders twice. They have corrected the problem when I notify them, however, it is a major inconvenience. The combination of all these points means I would not recommend this web site

I would recomend Inktecshop to anyone wishing to buy ink cartridges off the internet, they give good value and fast delivery,
