And over three weeks on, there's still no refund, and they're slow to respond to emails. The reality is, Gucci products are not better than Nike or Adidas, but the cost of their goods creates the illusion of luxury. On review sites, Gucci has a really low ranking. I'm not pleased. My experience with this business was a disaster.
