Spanx has gone completely downhill. The stockings run much too easily. Less expensive products have better durability and shape as well. What a shame for a brand to lose the quality that made it worth the money.

Spanx makes $25 offers for Booty Bucks but when the time comes to use them they are out of the products so you cannot use them. They offer NO options you are just out of luck. Also, when you call Customer Service they have men who yell at you if you cannot understand them because their English is so bad. They try to humiliate you and yell things like "that's what I said" when you finally guess what they are saying. Rude, rude, rude! I wish they would warn people that they may not be able to use the Booty Bucks at all and that you should never call customer service!

Product originally very good, but material and quality extremely poor.

Paid £5.95 for delivery and now returning one item out of three - going to cost £4-95. Total rip off!!!

i just bought a pair of spanx.....i hate this damn things,they keep rolling down....a very uncomfortable feeling.....but my thighs look great

I saw this on QVC and had to have a pair....well I ordered size B..as I am 5ft 2in and 133 lbs.....well I can barely get them over one thigh....waste of money....I think the sizing is way off...

I purchased Spanx Slim Cognito Mid Thigh Body Shaper in Feb. The large was huge on me so I called to do an exchange. They said they would send a medium and credit me for the return when they received it. When I didn't get a credit I called several times and was told they may not have processed it yet, try back. Later I was told that they had changed their customer service company and couldn't look up my order anymore, that they would have to put in a request and someone would call me back within 24-72 hrs. I called three times and no one ever called me back. The kicker is that my credit card company can't file a dispute now because they put me off for more than 60 days. Now I am out the $72 for the return AND out $72 for the medium because even in the correct size I think this product is WORTHLESS!!! Even with the bra loops it falls down and it does not suck me in as well as my other shapers. Yes, it is more comfortable, but who cares if it doesn't get the job done!!!!!!!!!

I recently bought the Spanx Slim Cognito Shaping Bodysuit. The only good point is that it does help slim the waist... if you can keep the thing from rolling down. The straps they give you to hold it up keep coming undone. And it bunches up at the waist in the back. So unless they find a way to hold it in place (NOT by attaching it to your bra) don't waste your money.

I had heard a lot of good things about the spanx power panty and having recently put on a bit of weight I wanted a bit of smoothing to help me look as good as I used to in my clothes.

I used to be a uk size 10 to 12. After over indulging at christmas I am now a proper size 12 and theres a few little lumps and bumps where once there was non.

I bought the power panties to help me look good in my favourite dress but instead there was an excess roll at the top where the panties end. Also I don't think they helped my belly look any flatter, smoother or different at all. I am upset that I spent a non refundable £23 on a very uncomfortable piece of material that feels like a torture device. I recommend that you don't waste your money on this product, a pair of bodyshaping tights from boots do a much better job at stopping all the jiggle at a fraction of the cost and are a damn sight more comfortable!
