Buy SimCity 4, it's fun. Good strategy game. Makes you think. Takes 1-5 Seconds for buildings and Roads to load when you zoom out or rush your system if your not using a Dual Core or better. I use a Quad and it works perfectly. But my P4 sux with it.

The Sim City 4 PC game has good graphics. This game has value to it, and it teaches you life lessons. It is a fun game as well. It allows you to zone land and build what you please. It also lets you make a region that lets you connect your cities and towns.
You have the power to form lakes, hills, mountains, and much more. Unlike former Sim City games, you can also create a Sim to live in your town. You get to pick their house, car and job. If you get the expansion pack you can even drive your Sims around.
You are in charge of your city. You make the schools, parks, clinics and much more. Polls tell you what the people want. The more the people like you the more gifts and money you get. Your personal advisors will give you help when an event happens.

When I bought this game I was a bit hesitant. I knew of how quickly Sim City games can get repetitive and questioned my desire for the game. I am glad I bought it. Once you learn how to keep a sound profit per month coming in, it is one fun game. The main difference though is the graphics. A lot hasn't changed since Sim City 3000 except for the graphics. So you may think why buy Sim City 4 as I've got the original and the answer is probably more challenging game play. The expansion offers the scenarios and cool extra features though. Like being able to drive your vehicles around your city GTA 1 or 2 style.
