A great city, many historical places, need at least three days to see it all. Excellent transport (a bit expensive), too much traffic but it runs smoothly.

For the Capital City this is a disgrace.
The underground stations are Victorian with the tubes themselves being rickety.
At peak times these are full and you have to cram in, the heat is oppressive and being made to sardine next to each other isn't exactly hygienic, take a leaf out of the Paris Metro books for quality.
The museum's are free to enter.
Restaurants charge a premium and even the stall sellers at the coach station over charge by a distance for an example 16 paracetamol tablets are 19p in the supermarket at the stall 99p!
Although a day ticket is sort of reasonable for the public transport a single is vastly overpriced.
I am so glad I don't have to go regularly there anymore and can stay up north where the prices are more realistic.
