Kitchen is great, arrived on time and all parts intact. However, I bought a bed 3 years ago, use it as a spare one. It has rarely been used but one of the metal spars have warped. Got in touch with them, only to be told it only has a 1 year guarantee. I told them I didn't expect metal to warp in such a short time, but got nowhere with them. My local MFI store was quite good, but there was nothing they could do.
