Bought 2 purses and 2 wallets. The one purse I purchases looked like it had 2 scrapes on the side and thought I could repair however after using the purse one day I noticed that the bottom and sides of the purse were losing its color. The color actually came off. After notifying Radley they told me they do not have any product to correct this nor was there any replacement offered. So sorry I purchased Radley products. I will steer clear in the future and let my friends know also.

Ordered a handbag online on Saturday and it was delivered on the following Tuesday. Received three emails and two texts informed me when bag would be delivered within one hour time frame. Do not like ordering goods online as I like to see what I am buying but liked the look of a bag so decided to go for it. It lived up to my expectations! EXCELLENT SERVICE Would not hesitate to recommend.

I love Radley bags so much but my first order with their online shop disappointed me. I've ordered bag outside of UK and faced a problem with provision of passport details to the transport company. Tried to contact Radley several times to help me but got no feedback from them. Imagine! More than 5 e-mails without any response! Now my order went back to shop and I do not know what will happen to my money and to my presents:(

I was delighted to buy a Radley handbag/ backpack for holidays and travel so not daily use, and extremely disappointed when the trim on the hand strap came apart. But I was horrified when Radley advised they could not repair it themselves ( I would be willing to pay as I have had the bag over 12 months) and just recommended another repairer. I thought I was paying for a quality item from a reputable company and find that having taken my money they are not interested in maintaining any reputation, or my satisfaction with the product. I will not be buying Radley again and will advise all my friends and family against it too. Of course if I had read these reviews before buying the bag I probably would not have made the purchase. I purchased a watch in october 2015. Since then i constantly get emails from them. Have now requested 11 times to get them to stop, 6 times using the unsubscribe button, 3 times to customer services and 2 through their facebook page. Unfortunatly they still keep coming. If you respect your own privacy, DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR EMAIL DETAILS to Radley London

Made an order on the Radley website on 14th December of 4 items, I received an email on 22nd to say whole order had been cancelled as one of the items was out of stock, I phoned straight away to place another order as it was a Xmas present. I was assured by their customer service that I would get the items the following day (23rd) only to receive an email on the 23rd at 17:10 to say the order had been canceled again, no present for my 15 year old now!

I have owned many Radley handbags mostly purchased from outlet centres. I have been particularly impressed by the exchange policy of up to a year if a fault develops up to a year from purchase. I have recently had 2 bags transfer colour in either very hot sun of 37 degrees or rain this week and wonder if this is common or a fault. The dogs tend to fall off quite regularly but overall I like the design of the products.

I bought a lovely looking Radley bag, great leather and good styling. After a month or so of using a new white leather purse (a birthday present from friends) in my bag I realised it was ruined, the dye had come off the lining of my Radley bag (now about 9 months old) and marked the purse, ruined it. I took it back to the shop and they gave me money off another bag, but at a reduced rate because the original bag was now in their discount shop. About ten months in, this bag had a fault. The pockets inside had frayed, the leather trim had come off the fabric pockets. They offered to do a repair so I left the bag with them. When I went to collect the bag they said they couldn't do the repair but offered me money off another bag, at a reduced rate....... I did consider it but said that I'd decline their none too generous offer, to be honest I feel that I've "rented" two of their bags and don't really fancy paying them to rent another, I don't have too much faith that any of their bags would be different!! While their customer service appeared to be good, in reality it wasn't, I did speak to their customer service department but got the same response because I didn't have the receipts, 18 months on. There was no consideration given to the fact that my purse had been ruined or that it was a second bag with a problem. Will I buy another? Never!!

I was give a Radley purse as a Christmas gift, it was the large wallet kind, therefore not cheap. It is an envelope type with a press stud to keep it closed, trouble is it wont stay closed unless the coin compartment is jam packed with money. Who wants to carry a purse full of loose change in their bag? I am sure there are better and cheaper purses to be purchased elsewhere, do not waste your money on a Radley. Overpriced rubbish.

I purchased an I Pad cover which after 6 months use was unfit for purpose,a corner had come apart at the stitching which could have resulted in my I Pad falling out and breaking!Radley said I would receive a refund but it would take up to 15 days!?These companies are very quick to take your money but not so quick to refund.HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE.DON'T PURCHASE from Radley.Poor workmanship and quality.£95.00 plus p & p this cost me.Still waiting for refund after 10 days!

I had a Radley handbag purchased for me for my 60th birthday just 18 months ago. The stitching has started to come away from zip although I have hardly used bag. Radley's response has been that it is no longer under guarantee but have recommended a repairer. I have had many cheap and more expensive bags over the years and none so appalling aa this! Certainly would not recommend

I ordered a hadbag from them to replace the one my husband bought me for christmas last yesr that was so poorly made that it fell apart, i waited nearly 3 weeks for a refund and the communication from them was awful. Having now ordered a £108.00 handbag as a replacement they have sent me an umbrella, with a delivery note stating it is a handbag. I Will never buy from them again.

I purchased a Radley purse at the East Midlands Airport in January. A few months later I was unable to snap it closed as one half of the front snap had come off. As the airport is too far to travel to, I took it in to the Radley shop in Leeds fully confident that a company with such a high profile would offer a no quibble returns policy, how wrong I was. I was given several reasons why they could not help me and was made to feel that I had bought my purse at a cheap outlet and because of that they were unable to help me. As far as I am concerned, the shop at the airport were not selling cheap inferior goods, my purse was part of the new seasons range and was not reduced, I merely saved on the tax. I explained to the shop manager that I was very disappointed with the Radley policies she quoted and that I had bought many items in the past. She agreed to return my purse to the repairs center but would have to check with them during opening hours to see what they were prepared to do, if they could repair it would be approx. 6 weeks before my purse came back to me. She rang me back when she said she would and my purse has now gone for repair. Obviously I won't be buying Radley products from anywhere out of driving distance, more than likely I will not be a Radley customer in future.

I was bought a handbag for christmas by my husband and after 2 months the dog and all of the zips had fallen off of the bag. The magnetic studs that held the side pockets closed were also coming loose. I sent it back to radley to get repaired. After 6 weeks they returned the handbag saying that they couldn't repair it as it was no longer in production. They offered me no other solution. I then demanded a refund as there is a years warranty on the bag. This then triggered a series of vague, non commital emails from Radley avoiding agreeing to a refund and making poor excuses as to why I could not have one. I got sick of communicating with them as I was getting nowhere. I took it back to House of Fraser where my husband puchased it and got a refund instantly, no questions asked. Radley handbags are inferior quality and are gimmicky. My £30 leather river island bag has lasted me 8 years, and the zips have never fallen off. If you're foolish enough to buy a Radley handbag, at least make sure you buy it through a department store so that you can return it when it inevitably falls apart.

I've bought several Radley bags in my time over the years and none of them have caused issues, except for one tote bag where the lining had torn away from the zip, due to me putting too many items in it and weighing it down whilst trying to zip it whilst holding it instead of putting it down to stop the strain on the ziipper. It was my fault. The quality is very good for the price.

I received a gift of a lovely Radley across the body handbag last year. I used it periodically over 3 - 4 months and then the zip broke. I didn't want to embarrass the person who bought me the bag by asking for the receipt so I set about contacting Radley myself. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I'm frustrated, irritated and shocked at their lack of assistance. I have sent 3 emails whose contents were all either unread or misread by 'customer service' staff whose responses were never more than 3 lines long and always irrelevant (as if answering a completely different complaint). I have rung the Radley repair centre 7 times and have never yet managed to speak to anyone. In despair I wrote a letter to Radley customer services in mid December outlining what had happened. I honestly thought that would sort the problem (I'm even prepared to pay for a repair!). 7 weeks later I have had zero response - not even an acknowledgement Radley purports to be a premium brand. They should be exposed for their appalling customer service and lack of customer care. My expensive leather bag is useless after perhaps 20 outings and they couldn't care less! I intend to make sure everyone knows!

I totally agree with you. One of my friend bought a Radley bag and it was very poorly made, reason after four months the bag lost it's shape and looked awful. You can buy £40.00 PU bag and it will look better than £170 Radley bag. My friend took the bag back and they had admitted the fault and gave her the money back.

Where should I start...... Radley hand bags, I will never ever waste my money on a Radley bag again! I bought one from John Lewis in Peterborough and the bag did not even last me 4 months! Their quality is absolutely rubbish, cheap leather and over priced. All you are paying for is the DOG! Plus the company don't want to know you! However I have discovered a small company in Peterborough, 'OMG Accessories', they have the most beautiful leather handbags, and they quality is fantastic, especial the finish, they have beautiful Italy leather hand bags and even their own brand 'OMG Collection'. I recently bought a Mulberry Style bag and I am in love with it. OMG Accessories also sell Jewelleries, Dents leather gloves (I also bought myself a pair of red leather gloves.) Police sunglasses, evening bags, even leather purses, wallets, watches, I can just go on on on... I would recommend anyone to check it out, they also have a website. So when ever your thinking of buying a Radley bag, give OMG a visit, you wont regret it. I didn't.

I guess it comes down to personal and individual taste.
I currently have 4 different Radley handbags - only one of which is under a year old - I have had all the others for more than 2 years and they are still all going strong.
I have one of their purses, keyrings, a watch and also some of their stationery.
I am a Radley fan and I'm not in the slightest bit ashamed to admit it.
I had a look at the OMG Accessories website - the leather handbags are okay I suppose, but not my taste at all.
To me, Radley has a certain style which I love and I believe their products are fantastic quality. I have also been very pleased with their customer service and shall continue to buy their products. Each to their own!

At that price, I'd want to open it and sit directly under Niagra Falls for a month without moving.
