Three Months To Pay Out
Both my Dad and my Mum had life insurance with Liverpool Victoria.
Dispite being only hundreds, and the Isas and premium bonds being thousands
they were TWO MONTHS LATER PAYING OUT THAT EVERYONE ELSE. customer services
is a complete shambles

If You Want Reliable Income Protection Insurance T
If you want reliable income protection insurance then please! Please! Please! Choose an alternative insurance company. I took out my policy in 1985 only to find that LV default on my genuine claim when I need it most, as I could not continue working. I am taking the matter to the ombudsman and may be court as I am thousands out of pocket, and the additional and unnecessary stress has had a detrimental effect on my health. I paid my premiums in good faith for many years but LV use deceptive ways to unlawfully default and the complaints department is not act impartial. I am still fighting LV almost 3 years on without my insured income. This is not what any reasonable policy holder would expect. Steer well clear of this un-insurer, unless you have the funds to fight them in a court for breach of contract.
