“Poor sign-up response”

On sign-up for annual travel insurance I didn't receive any conformation, either email or postal. After one week of hearing nothing I phoned them (long process!) and they confirmed I was signed up and agreed to email me. I was advised that the postal pack takes up to 10 days. OK ... but it would have been so much better if they'd sent me an automated email acknowledgement at the time I signed up. Not difficult!

I am trying to get my pass to the airport lounge, Inkeep getting passed from one section to another. Can anyone advise me who to approach to start the process off?
