I wouldn't use Mint Loans again because of my bad experience in closing the account.. I was given a written statement, then told to deduct a further payment. I then cleared the loan balance with my debit card. Six weeks later they rang me at work to say I'd underpaid and how was i going to settle. I asked for a statement of where their error had occurred but the statement they sent was only for the past three months and was of no help. I am still trying to sort it out with them
