Disappointed from the day I took out the policy so now cancelled. I have just cancelled my policy after approx. 20 months with Adrian Flux. So I thought I would post a review. Good Points 1. “NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR - APPAULING”

DISGUSTED is an understatement. I'm 18 years of age and paid Adrian flux 2480 for insurance with a black box for them to cancel it after 2 weeks for 'speeding' 2mph over on a 20mph road. The app was disgraceful, not informative, and extremely slow. I'm appalled by there customer service and the refund I received which was 1080 that's a loss of 1400 at the age of 18. Got my quote online so that i don't have to talk to the insurance operator as we all know thay are like robots, i payed £340 for van insurance and i thought that was that, it was done.. well the next day i had a email saying they need to speak to me. Tried to cancel my car insurance after 1 month and they want me to pay the full amount. Was not made aware of this at time of taking the insurance. Was on hold for 30 minutes waiting to sort it out. 30 minutes to cancel my car insurance! Will not be renewing my other policy. AVOID! Apparently it costs £100 to set up the policy and my breakdown cover isn't refundable - but I can't transfer it to my other car. Bought van insurance and within days they had upped the premium and fined me for answering a question wrong ? While i dont have a problem with the premium going up if its based on wrong info i do have a problem with being fined for it. i declined the insurance.. looked on line and found the same policy lots cheaper with flux direct. so i took it out on line. job done ... “Beware of hidden costs with learner driver insurance”

I want to let people know of hidden charges for learner driver insurance. I insured my grandson and was informed that when he passed his test the insurance would be nul and void and the policy cancelled that was fine. stay away from this company unless you want to be ripped off when you cancel your policy i insured my son on a learner driver policy on his own car £480 for a year but within 3 weeks of the policy starting he passed his test so i phoned them to change the policy over they wanted £1400 to insure him but i found it for £948 with admiral so cancelled the policy and asked for a refund was told i would only be getting £204 back so basically it was £276 to insure him for 3 weeks WHAT A RIP OFF… Read Full Review

Don't go near them . Paid full premium for alleged grey import, baring 1 payment . They had already told me no more payments due. Then informed I owe ex amount £160 had days to pay it, unable due to commitments and limited funds. They cancelled policy and then expect me to pay a further £66 which I cant. “Learner insurance”

My son took out a learner policy with them and we understood that when he passed his test we would be above to transfer the policy. When he passed they quoted an astronomical price (we got it for a third of the price with Admiral) and then stung him for a very high cancellation fee. Adrianflux are completely useless rude incompetent I can't stress enough how useless they are they are a rip off company if I stop 1 person from experiencing what we did then I'm happy. They will deceive you with what looks like cheap insurance but then rip you off later on. I just hope this stops them from catching a few others out. I have had exactly the same with my stepdaughter today!
She hasn't been able to see what she is doing via the app since she had the policy.
She has found out today after her ins being cancelled that she was doing 8mph in a 5mph private car park.
Ins now cancelled by them for her 'constant speeding' And 3 weeks of her driving has cost us over £600.00 by the time we get refund
The app is faulty and that poor girl is in tears!!

got a online quote paid the money. then they start asking questions to see if they can up there price.they dont send email reciept dont send docs online line until they do checks. i done this late at night and as no confirmation had to have a day off work costing my loads of money as did not know if was insured or not. had to phone a premium rate phone number the following day to find out if i was insured and kept holding on for a long time. spent over an hour with phone calls back and forth… Read Full Review

Took out a policy with Adrian Flux to Insure a car for my daughter to learn to drive. Price was competitive, policy was ok. As a learner driver this policy was always likely to be cancelled or revised. Here's where it starts. “Quote low to get to top line on compare/confused”

Absolute shower who would go out of business if they didn't advertise as owners club or any of the other names they hide behind. They draw you in with the low quote then shaft you with extortionate increases that come to twice the original quote. You either accept the fee's or cancel, they're not bothered because cancel and they try to stuff you with massive cancellation fee's. Review Centre would not accept my full review- no explaination Adrian Flux has a usless web portal that keeps accepting uploads only to request them again. They have information on data bases that relate to other people at the same address but relate it to you!! They want you to photocopy your drivers card and send it to them. They will try and get your policy cancelled so they can keep their "finders fee" and they will keep your £80 deposit. They people on the end of the phone are harsh and moody. Pay a few pounds more and get an insurance with a good reputation… Read Full Review
