Citroen C5 2.0i-16 Sx Break Family Car Review
Citroen C5 2.0i-16 SX Break Family Car Review
This is the second Citroen I've had (the previous was a 2CV he he) and I was hard pressed whether to take a Passat station wagon or this one, when I wanted to trade in my Golf.
I only went to see this, but walked out with a bargain. The dealer threw in the Business Pack at no cost, since this was a late model and they wanted space for the noselifted one. So I got a spacious station wagon for 31,990 euros, and the nearest equivalent of Passat (with the bells & whistles of my C5) would have set be back 36,900.
I enjoy the space in the car very much, since I am 6'4" tall, and no other car within my reach has ever been this roomy. The boot devours whatever you can think of, short of a double bed. Anyone, adult or kid, will enjoy the back seat.
The engine is very quiet and fuel efficient. I get 6.8 liters per 100 km out on the highway, go calculate it in MPG. Oh, and the automatic air conditioning works like a charm in Helsinki, Finland, where temperatures will vary between -32 and +32. There's other very useful little gadgets too, like the rear radar etc.
All in all, I have to recommend this car to anyone who likes hydropneumatique smooth rides.
