The bed was delivered on the date specified but when we went to put the bed together we found the sides of the frame were missing. I called and was told it was all the manufacturers (Air Sprungs) fault as they had sent the bed out without the sides. I had to wait 4 days for the sides to be delivered. Once the frame was made we realised that 2'6 slats had been sent instead of the 3ft slats needed. I called again. The man I spoke to made it very clear he wanted to go home and actually took a call from his wife and made me wait! He told me he had emailed the supplier (and blamed them) and the new slats would be delivered soon I tried to get a delivery date from him but he wanted to go home!!!! A week later the replacement slats had not arrived so I called Just Click Beds again to chase and was told they had never been sent! They dealt with it swiftly and replacment slats were sent the next day BUT they were 2'6 AGAIN. Called again and was told as it was a Friday I would have to wait till Tuesday for the right size. By this time my son with a heart condition had been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for 16 nights. I explained this was unacceptable and gave them 3 choices 1) they arrange another overnight delivery and I get the right slats on the Saturday 2) They give me a discount on the full price I had paid in full almost 7 weeks previously 3) We dismantle the bed and they give me a FULL refund and collect the bed n the Monday. They opted for no. 3 but will not guantee a collection date and will only give FULL refund if the bed is in perfect condition. They cannot understand why I am unhappy and the manager implied I was a difficult customer. I give up! What happened to Customer Service?

Telephoned to enquire about a cabin bed, was advised delivery would be 3-5 weeks. Placed the order online. I had a phone call a few days later, the sales person (the only one i have ever had any contact with...so much for sales team!!) got me completely mixed up with another customer, couldn't locate my paperwork...not a good start. 3 weeks later i decided to chase our order...was told by the same guy that the goods were delayed because they gave them the wrong colour. So i then questioned the rest of the order, and unbelievably he got that wrong too!! He got very abrupt and said he will cancel the order! Flaming Cheek!! I then went online did a search of this company and found all these reviews....well that was enough for me to cancel. They said they will refund....i am still waiting.

They didn't put the order through. we had to ring back several times to get the order processed. When we chased up the manufacturer we where told they had been waiting a month for justclickbeds.com and i had to deal with the silent night direct. One of the worst companies I have dealt with and I am quite a patient person!

I ordered a bed frame from them 12 weeks ago and have still not received it. Every time I phone they have lost the paperwork. Had no problems debiting my account immediately though. Would not use again and would not recommend.

I ordered a bed and chest of draws from Just Click Beds in August and was told that they would be delivered by mid to late September. When I rung at the end of September I was told the beds were in the country waiting to go to the warehouse and that they would be at the warehouse on 8th October for delivery the week commencing 13th October. When this date came and went I rung again to be told that the beds were just in the country and would be delivered by the end of October (sounds familiar) when I said that this was the story I was told several weeks ago, I was seemingly abruptly told that 'no-one here would have said that' and that I must have got it wrong, despite both myself and my husband being told the same thing during two separate phone calls! My husband during his phone call was then told that the salesperson he was speaking to would 'personally' call him back the following Thursday to confirm delivery dates. Thursday came and went with no call, so WE again called to check what was happening, to be told 'I never said I would ring you on Thursday, I have a note to say Friday'......After another tiresome phone call we were finally told the furniture was in the warehouse and the salesperson who we had been speaking to 'personally' said they would be delivering in our area on Monday 3rd Nov, which we confirmed three times just to make sure. After waiting in all day on Monday surprise surprise no-one appeared with our furniture. After calling justclickbeds again, we were given the number of the haulage company. On calling the haulage people they said they never had any intention of being in our area on the Monday and could not work out why we were told that by justclickbeds who wouldn't have necessarily known what areas they would be delivering in! It was finally arranged with the haulage firm that they would deliver on Thursday 6th November, which they did...thank god but on opening the the first box, the side of the bed was completely scratched and chipped...here we go again. It was promptly arranged with the haulage company to have the bed re-delivered today, which it has been. We left a message with justclickbeds yesterday advising them what had happened and asking for a phone call back...which we still have not received yet...I would not recommend justclickbeds to anyone due to the awful service we feel we have received.

We had to wait over 4 months for beds which were supposed to be delivered after 6 weeks.
Orders were incorrect when received, delivery didn't arrive when promised. All in all I found this to be a disappointing experience.

Disappointed with customer service and staff. I was quoted a delivery time of 4-6 weeks, it took over 4 months for my bed to be delivered and in that time there were a whole host of problems. Not worth saving a few pennies over.

I feel the service received from www.justclickbeds.com was of the poorest quality. The member of staff I spoke to seemed very abrupt on the phone. STAY WELL CLEAR. Had to ring repeatedly to have problem solved - each time I was promised a call back but I didn't receive one. Finally cancelled order and had to wait over 2 months for refund.

Still waiting for delivery of bed after 12 weeks, original time 4-6 weeks. No contact made, haulage company blamed for not ringing me. I purchase many items over the internet, never had as much trouble as this.

Justclickbeds were really lovely when i first contacted them to get a bed for my son.When I got the bed and there was a problem with the delivery I contacted them and was told they would get back to me, they didn't!!! When I chased them up I was told that they had sent an email to the supplier and the phone was put down on me. No apologizing for not getting back to me or goodbye. I think they are rude and would never use them ever again or recommend them to anyone.

Ordered and paid for a king size selkirk bedstead promising next day delivery - eventually phoned the sales team to enquire about the delivery and told that this was not available for next day as advertised. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Refund promised but still waiting - have raised a dispute with Paypal to resolve this. STAY WELL CLEAR

I ordered two beds from JustClickBeds, and three months later one had arrived and the second never did - it had not been ordered from the manufacturer by them, yet they insisted it had been dispatched to the carrier!

Agree with the others. Web site stated 3-4 weeks delivery; took seven. Even then the order was incomplete. Left messages and e-mails but received no reply. Quick to take your money but responses to queries are non-existent.
Go elsewhere to save yourself the hassle.

I was promised my bed in 2 weeks from JustClickBeds, as they had a store locally. Needless to say it took 9 weeks to arrive. All the chasing in the world was pointless, always promising to call back but never did. At one point they even made me call the couriers they use rather than do it themselves! The bed finally arrived but the wrong base, another 9 weeks have gone buy and I'm still waiting for the replacement base.

Just Click Bed's service _ how about abusive and unhelpful.
The staff gave us the wrong information about delivery by about six weeks. When we contacted the company to cancel our order the staff, particularly the manager, were beligerent.
When buying on-line from a company you don't know, you rely on some degree of trust.
Wound not recommend anyone buy on-line from this company.

Justclickbeds were very fast to take my £489. Their estimated delivery periods (as stated in their invoice) was 6 weeks.
10 weeks later I rang them. They promised to ring back, but never did. I e-mailed - that was a great waste of time. When I finally managed to talk to someone, it took him 2 days to contact the factory and find out that they actually stopped manufactoring the bed I wanted.
If you want a bed - do yourselves a favour - don't use justclickbeds. The only thing that clicks there is the transfer of your money from your bank account to theirs...
