I ordered a board and it arrived in perfect condition and very well packaged.

I was dissapointed because i received a bill from the shipping company saying i have to pay import taxes. I wasnt expectin these because the order state that these orders are included.

The customer support told me that I was wrong.

One other problem is that the shipping company takes almost 20€ for taxing your order.. So shipping costs are almost doubled just by that.

I would have liked to know that before i made the purchase.

I'm writing this review so no one hopefully makes the same misstake.

I bought a lot of things at sickbboards on the internet. Very often I had to return decks due to bad quality, for example bad paintings, bad shaped cutouts or leftovers of glue, ... Recently I had to wait for nearly 3 months for refund! And now, as I mentioned this, they answered very agrressive. I think this is a very bad behaviour.

Fantastic shop.

Received my order the next day.

Contacted them as I hadn't received a 'freebie' which I checked. Response time the same day and my next order contained two freebies.

Excellent shop all around!

I just bought a skate online, it was nicely packaged and right on time .

When i took it out i quickly thought something was wrong.

And yes it was: the size on the site didn't match with the board in real life.

I send i back payed out my own pocket . And got my money back ,

54,95, they didn't give my ship money (13,5euro) , what for me is not right , because it was sick boards that was wrong. i will never buy anything and will try to get all off it back .

I ordered a longboard and sloding gloves from sickboards.nl a few whiles back, and i gotta say that it was a good site to buy from. I live in finland, which isn't right next to netherlands, i still got my packsge in 4 days! I wouldn't have believed it could be transported so fast. And the parts are fine, and they are all the right ones, so they are a reliable site i could say. They also have a big selection and they sell by a pretty cheap prize. I would recommend sickboarz to everyone.

Ik kwam er met vrij weinig kennis, ze hielpen me meteen, vroegen echt wat ik precies zocht en gaven ontelbare voorbeelden van welk board goed voor me zou zijn, wat de voor en nadelen zijn. De jongen die me hielp ging net zolang door totdat er gewoon geen opties meer waren!:D echt super:D

Not the place for me. The people that work for the shop are relaxed and nice but the owners are arrogant and very unpleasant. I would never go there again. Also because you can order every board they sell from the internet. It saved me more than 150 euro on 2 longboards! I also hear stories about employers not getting paid in time, by the way.

I just don't like them.

Can't remember the last time I've experienced such good service. Called the shop and the guy (sorry can't remember name) took good time to answer all my questions - same goes for answering my e-mails. Before I bought my board Koek even made a video of the board in action which they put on the website.. plain and simply awesome..

Ordered my board thursday night and was surprised to allready recieve it on tuesday morning (was sent from Holland to Denmark).

Product lives up to all my expectations and was the perfect choice for my needs - again thanks to Koek for helping me choose the right setup.

I received my goods in time and realy was blasted for the price i paid, thanx for the good deal, Frank.

Sickboards (www.sickboards.nl) are helpful and have a very fast response. Their prices are lower than anywhere I have seen in Europe. They have most American brands in stock.
