I Already Owned A Nex Iie And Wanted To Get The Vo
I already owned a Nex IIe and wanted to get the voice recording feature on the Frontier Labs Nex IA+ this time. I initially had some problems with it which Frontier Labs were very good helping me through, none of which were from the player itself. I had recorded all my music with WMA in super high quality and they wouldn't play without being converted. You also can't put more than 77 files per folder which is not stated in the instruction manual. I had no problem after using the "sync" feature on Windows Media 10 to put my music on the Flashcard. To load your music it can be done quickly by using a Card reader vs. the USB cable, which was very slow. I love the controls and the menu was very easy to navigate and see on the larger display. The sound is clear even at high volume and is also very good on the voice recorder. It feels more sturdy than the IIe, however my IIe has survived several falls and is still working. Like the NexIIe, you'll need to purchase nicer earphones to experience the best sound. The instruction booklet that comes with it is bare bones and you'll need to download the complete instructions from the tech support page on the website. Overall I'm very happy with it and would recommend this player to others considering one that uses Compact Flashcards.
