After being told by a very large store that my iPhone was locked (this was after they inserted a new sim) and they could not help me any further I went to the Fone shop in Dungarvan. A very knowledgeable and helpful guy was able to tell me immediately that my iphone was not locked and pointed me in the direction of other phone retailers to buy a new SIM card. The shop I chose (Vodaphone) confirmed that my phone was indeed unlocked and inserted a new SIM card. I am very grateful to the guy in Fone shop for his help. I would certainly recommend this store.

I ordered phone battery but it has never received. It's impossible to get contact with them because they phone and email didn't work. If you want to get the money from them is possible if you payed by PayPal. Just go to resolution centre in PayPal for this transaction with foneshop. It take 4 weeks and I get my money back from them.

Ordered a phone battery, they took the money quickly enough but it was never received.Unable to contact them by email or phone. I've now reported this to Trading Standards who will hopefully look into it as I don't believe they should still be advertising on line.

This is a terrible firm. I ordered online and receive info that not in stock. I attempted to cancel the order but was unable to contact the firm by email, text or phone. Some email addresses just didn't work. No phone was answered so unable to cancel or receive my order BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY QUICKLY ENOUGH.

Steer clear of this firm which also operates from the same address under the name "pda-city"

I belive it to be an address which is automated to accept orders, charge the customer, then shut down contact possibilities.

Ordered a number of car chargers never received them and they would not reply to any emails or answer the telephone I have had to contact my credit card company to reclaim the money, such hassle and absolute terrible service from these people DONT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY THEY OVERCHARGE AND DONT DELIVER.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered a battery for my mum for Nolia 3310 suggests it's an original battery turns out to be fake,

Did not charge and work, wrote email after email and try to contact them but to no avail.

Quick enough to take the money but no response at all. What a waste.

Going to write to PayPal and see what they say.

Took phone onto unlock they BROKEy 200 phone promised to fix it replace then went to collect was told to f off following me and my three friends intimidating u . Calling us alkies junkies telling us to brush our teeth punched my phone totally avoid going to trade and standards was following us trying to get UA to respond even witnesses approached us saying how wrong it was

Useless product (believed not genuine) & would not respond to calls/emails. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND FORGET THIS FIRM!! They also masquerade under the name Mega-Batteries but this pays a real dis-service to a decent firm called Megabatteries (no hyphen)

I have not received a Nokia battery purchased from this company, they do not answer the telephone, do not respond to any message you leave, and do not answer their emails. They say they despatch next working day, forget that!, the only thing they do quickly is take the money out of your bank account.

How this lot are still trading is beyond me.

Went in with a straight forward phone opening or so I thought £25 later no access to other networks the girls in shop tried there hardest to resolve the problem but with no help from senior managers who just seem to want to inflict targets on the girls that are not realistic conmen
